Branch Manager Liz Ryniker contributes much of her success to the excellent working relationship she has with Andrew Stokes who is truely the hardest working Real Estate salesperson she has ever encountered.

He loves this job and it clearly shows in his work ethic.
When he's not showing property -writing witty advertsing - erecting For Sale signs or getting contracts signed he spends his precious leisure time working on his 28 acre Carterton property with his school teaching wife Jeanette - their sons Daniel and Jack and baby Tessa.

It has been a battle, but our little piece of paradise has finally become unconditional today, with settlement 19 January 2010. Both Hugh and I would like to say a big thankyou to you and Liz for your professionalism in marketing our property - the wonderful photos, constant updates and friendly manner. It has been a pleasure dealing with you both and are so sorry the sale didn't go thru you guys. If we find Australia a great place to live, and don't want to return to New Zealand, we will be in touch again to sell our "Barnhouse" next - (as sole agents!!) - as we certainly don't want to go through the agony of another 15 month "private sale". Once again - many thanks guys - and lots of luck seling lots of houses. We will keep in touch.
