Guardian First National Limited was established in August 1975 by Paul Coltart and Terry Gardiner. Our residential sales offices together with commercial, property management and rentals department have been servicing the Real Estate needs of the Wellington/Wairarapa public for more than 35 years.
Our offices and sales consultants are consistently among the top achievers within the First National Real Estate Network including top overall sales consultant and top residential sales office nationally for the 13th consecutive year at the recent First National Real Estate Conference 2010.
As a foundation member of First National in New Zealand, Guardian First National Limited helped establish what is today Australasia's most successful Real Estate Network responsible for more residential sales than any other real Estate group in Australasia.
First National is a co-operative of independently owned and operated offices throughout New Zealand and Australia. The network originated in Victoria, Australia in 1981 and was introduced into New Zealand four years later.
