Gillian Cross, Sales Manager at Guardian First National, Churton Park Office has been named the Top Residential Sales Consultant in New Zealand for 2011 at the recent First National Combined NZ and Australia Real Estate held in Coolam.

This is the 13th year that Gillian has scooped this prestigious award. Churton Park office took away the Award for top Office of the Year 2011. Gillian also featured in the top ten Sales consultants in Australasia.

Gillian is a Churton Park resident and considers herself a true northern suburbs local having grown up in Johnsonville.

"The Johnsonville 'village' is at the hub of a very busy marketplace and provides a strong infrastructure of schools and services for the surrounding areas," Gillian says. "I am privileged to be able to assist people through big changes in their lives and to share with them my local knowledge and experience.
