New Zealand's top sales consultant for the First National Group

Gillian Cross does it again in 2017

Gillian Cross from Guardian First National Churton Park has recently been named as New Zealand’s Top Sales Consultant for the First National group.  She was named as Top Residential Sales Consultant and then as Top Overall Sales Consultant which includes rural and commercial salespeople.

Gillian also had the highest number of exclusive listings and number of confirmed sales which Paul Coltart and Terry Gardiner, the principals of Guardian First National described as a phenomenal result in a year when the markets in Auckland and Bay of Plenty had experienced exceptional growth.

This was the seventeenth time Gillian has won the National Top Sales Consultant award since she started in Real Estate in 1993.
“There has been dramatic changes in the industry over the years more recently with the introduction of the Real Estate Agents Authority and advancement with technologies.  There is a
proliferation of information that can be accessed via the internet before we engage with a prospective buyer or seller, but an experienced sales consultant will be able to focus on relevant details.  More importantly an effective sales team with a network of contacts can add value to the outcome for a seller, whilst facilitating a successful purchase for a buyer in a very competitive market environment” says Gillian.
Other sales consultants to win awards were Margaret McKeefry who was also in the top 20 and  Grant Cross and Anil Parbhu who both won regional sales awards.
